The Segara Coffee Shop is poolside at this enormous Emerald Beach diving complex that is the Tophati Hotel in Tulamben. Park your car at the top of the hill, just inside the gates, and ride down on the overhead skytrain, or just meander on down through the landscaped grounds towards the seaside.
An attractive little café, nestled behind the grass mounds, it is open on it?s poolside, looking out beyond to the distant sea that stretches for thousands of miles.
Food is simple befitting a poolside restaurant in a complex that has a major all-encompassing restaurant, open 24 hours, just up the hill.
